Ode to Lost Friends
The missing "A", the missing "B",
The missing "F", the missing "T",
I walk and walk and still don't find,
These letters, though they're on my mind.
I always look, but never see,
That missing "A", "B", "F" or "T".
My wish has not been granted yet,
To finish my found alphabet.
C*n you re*d wh*t I w*nt to s*y,
When I don't h*ve a letter "A"?
It's *othersome *nd *ad to me,
To write without my *uddy, "B".
My *riend, it looks so *unny, too,
Without *n "F" to see us through.
*nd "T", my *riends, wh*t c*n we wri*e,
When "T" is nowhere in our sigh*?
I've done wi*hout *hem *or so long,
*nd li*e wi*hout *hem seems so wrong,
I *eg you, *riends, ple*se pr*y *or me,
I need *h** "A", "B", "F" and "T".
Yours *ruly,
Gwenners
