Today I am I thawing out some of the pesto I put up last summer...
...chopping fresh rosemary and cloves of garlic...
...and proofing yeast...
...to make fresh herb and garlic bread for tonight's dinner party.
I'm also crunching peppermint sticks and chocotate wafers...
...for the bottom layer of the white chocolate mousse dessert.
I've taken some time to watch old episodes of West Wing with Miss Helping Hands, and to make some more Christmas Gnomes (just because)...
...and I've put the markers on the wine glasses.
I've been snacking on these...
...in an heroic effort to stay out of this:
It smells pretty darn good in here, but it's two hours until dinner.
I'm going to take a nap.
