Last week was spring break for the college lassies and they both came home for the week.
I don't know quite how they did it, but they talked this old woman into going to the tanning salon with them on Tuesday (no lectures please, I already know).
I did manage to keep it to just using the leg tanner, but the warmth felt so good that I must confess to wishing I was 'all in'.
I think the girls may be running out of things to talk me into; we've already done the second ear piercing together and I don't think I'm up for a tattoo.
But, hey, I've learned never to say never.
-------
The girls made arrangements for us to go downtown Wednesday and have lunch with 'Daddy'.
Because I'd stayed up later than usual the night before, and because it was my day off, I slept in and didn't see the Prince before he left for work.
We drove down and met him in the parking lot he'd specified...where there just happened to be an open slot right next to his car.
Gwen loves Jesse.
When I saw the Prince, I was surprised to see he was wearing a tie (my favorite red one at that), and he was lookin' mighty fine.
He doesn't usually wear a 'noose' (as he puts it) to work, so I asked him why he was all dressed up and if he'd had an important meeting.
"No. I wore it for you."
Melt, melt.
Man, I do mean MELT, MELT.
If you're not married yet, look for a guy like that.
It's awesome.
