It's taken six weeks and five emails to the UK from the Prince, but I finally received some 'royal mail' on Tuesday.
I know it's silly, but I think I enjoyed looking at that 'ROYAL POST' sticker on the envelope even more than the contents of the envelope.
Inside the envelope was this magazine:
And inside this magazine was a 'Masterclass' article on Inchies which included this:
Strangely enough, the envelope also contained this:

You know, watching how anxiously the Prince waited for this magazine - and comparing my own level of anticipation to his - I realized that these things always seem much more impressive when they happen to other people, than when they happen to your little old self.
Somehow, knowing your own limitations and weaknesses puts a different perspective on them.
I have decided that is a good thing.
And I think getting Royal Mail is a good thing, too.
But. having a Prince who is willing to go through royal pains to get it for you, well...
...that is just the best thing of all.
