I'm convinced that the economy really is in trouble.
Interesting, that on the day I voted, my five mile walk on the mean streets yielded only one and a half cents.
Again.
Truly, people just can't seem to afford to put in their two cents worth anymore.
It's a good thing walking pays off in less tangible ways.
And I'm not saying that one and a half cents is all I got.
I also picked up this cool piece of painted/rusted metal.
I had it in my hand when I stopped at the polling place to vote on the way home.
And it was...
...well...
...kind of awkward.

Sunday morning, on the way into church, I found two inexpensive little charms laying on the sidewalk.
Everyone else had walked right on by them.
So I assume God was just wanting to make sure I know how He feels about me personally.
