I know I gave you the recipe on my last post, but I baked the cookies for Baby Girl's shower this weekend, and I just have to tell you again how delish they are.
They're only 1/8" thick when you pop them, sugar-sprinkled, into the oven.
But they puff up all flaky and nice while they're baking.
I don't know why I went so many years without a simple tool like a pastry bag (with a few tips).
Putting icing on cookies this small and delicate with a knife was such a challenge.
Using the pastry bag cut the work down exponentially.
I just piped a pile off icing on half of the cookies and then plopped the the others on top.
I'm telling you...
...you should have some of these.
