I'm taking Little Man out to my Chicken-Raising Seester's place today to check up on Alistair and Ambrose.
I hear they're coloring out very nicely, and may have forgiven us for all the months we called them Alice and Amy in our ignorance.
Thinking about helping my Seester weed her garden today (I think she's going to put me to work unless I can get Little Man to act ornery and in need of my oversight - which we all know Little Man could never do), made me remember that I wanted to show you Chince Prarming's fabulous sunflower blossoms.
The plants are now taller than the first floor roof-line of our home.
They are amazing.
The little moths like them, too.
Since these pictures were taken last Friday, the centers of the flowers seem to have doubled in size.
I'll try to get a picure of Little Man standing in front of them so you can get an idea of their size.
My Inchie sure won't be any help.
It's been very difficult to draw Inchies during this siege of my poor aching head.
I'm hoping that a day out at the "ranch" with my Seester and Grandshoot will work like medicine.
But even if it doesn't work...
...it'll taste sweet going down.
