Friday morning at my D'Art group meeting, my Calligraphist Friend mentioned a little antique store here in the city which houses an amazing collection of fountain pens and inkwells.
Since my Native American friend, What Would Happen If, and I had planned to spend the afternoon together, but hadn't decided what to do...well...we raised our eyebrows at each other when we heard about this store and that was settled.
If you love fountain pens (I do), and live in the Oklahoma City area, you should treat yourself to a walk through Bradford Ink.
There is a news piece about it here.
There are, of course, more pens than you can imagine, but we especially enjoyed the old pen display cases and inkwells.
The shop also has a large, and gorgeous, piece of Arts and Crafts style stained glass near the back of the store (which I am still enjoying inside my head).
Yep.
It was a treat.
And it didn't hurt that we followed up with a little Greek food.
