Latest breaking news from the boxes of dirt in the sunroom:
My thyme is up.
So is my oregano.
And the alyssum.
And the marigolds.
Gadzooks!
I'm so excited.
And the layer of little sprouts in the new wildflower garden out back looks like a blanket of moss from a distance.
Today we are supposed to have a high temperature of 70 degrees.
I can only imagine how that will change those delicate litttle sprouts.
They will be taking big giant steps toward adulthood.
Toward the day when they proudly proclaim:
"Look at me!"
"I am Poppy."
"I am Morning Glory."
"We are Larkspur...
...Daisy...
...and Coreopsis.
"We are Dame's Rocket...
...Blackeyed Susan...
...and Rose Mallow.
"And we are beautiful."
